“I always feel the need to say his name funny when he comes on (or any other Tomas I know to be honest I know a couple)…….in a strange accent and you say TOMAAAAAS, but it doesn’t come over as clearly when written as it does when I say it! ”

I tend to say it as if i have a foreign accent, as if it would offend him if i didn’t, even though i’m English
“TOMAS ROSICKY insists Arsenal must pull together to prevent their season falling apart.
The Gunners were dealt a harsh lesson by Chelsea yesterday, with a 3-0 reverse showing just how far they are from competing for the title.
And while Rosicky admits their Premier League hopes are fading, the Czech ace has urged his team-mates to keep up the fight.
He said: “The next match is vital. After a defeat like this, you need to have a good reaction, if not it will be even more difficult.
“It will be very difficult to win the title now, we know that. But [to let the season fall apart now] would be the biggest mistake we can make.
“The only thing you can do is carry on and try your best again.
“We tried to play our usual football against Chelsea but they defended very well and in the final third we produced almost nothing, that was the main reason we lost.
“If Chelsea continue to play like that then it will be difficult for anyone to stop them.”
The Gunners will attempt to get their league campaign back on track when they host Stoke on Saturday. ”
TOMAS ROSICKY admitted Arsenal’s players FAILED to step up to the plate when the club needed it most.
The Czech star, 29, was yesterday still stunned by Sunday’s crunching defeat by Chelsea at the Emirates.
And he said: “Now we have to show our mental strength. Letting our season fall apart would be the biggest mistake.
“We have to show a reaction in the next game.”
Thousands of gutted Gooners walked out with a quarter of an hour to go on a day that saw their title hopes left in tatters.
Rosicky added: “Of course I understand their frustration. If Chelsea continue to play like they did against us until the end, then it will be difficult for anyone to stop them.
“But everything can still happen – they will lose some players to the African Nations Cup, injuries can come, so it’s still a long way to go.”
It was Arsenal’s second successive league defeat, following a disastrous display at Sunderland.
Now the Gunners’ Carling Cup clash with Manchester City tomorrow has added significance.
Rosicky, who has returned after a near two-year absence with hamstring problems, added: “The next match is vital to get back on track. After a defeat like this, you need a good reaction.”
Arsenal, meanwhile, will co-operate fully with the FA’s probe into the throwing of an object – believed to be a camera – on to the pitch.
And if the individual responsible for Sunday’s shame is identified, they could face a ban from Arsenal matches.
I wonder if many of the players noticed that so many fans walked out, or Wenger for that matter! There were A LOT of empty seats.
